TapMe.plus Privacy Policy
TapMe.plus is designed as a lightweight number puzzle game. We keep the first release simple: no TapMe.plus account, no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics SDK, and no behavior tracking inside the app.
Summary
- We do not require you to create a TapMe.plus account.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or advertising identifiers.
- Game progress, preferences, best scores, sound settings, theme settings, and similar play data are stored locally on your device.
- Optional leaderboard features on Apple devices may use Apple Game Center if you are signed in and choose to use that feature.
Information we process
The TapMe.plus app itself does not collect personal data from you. The app may store the following information locally on your device so the game can work normally:
- current game state and local progress;
- best scores, mode records, and session statistics;
- local settings such as language, theme, sound, effects, and shape hints;
- basic app state needed to resume the game.
This local information stays on your device unless you use a platform feature such as Apple Game Center that is provided by Apple.
Apple Game Center
On iPhone and iPad, TapMe.plus may support Apple Game Center leaderboards. If you are signed in to Game Center and choose to submit or view leaderboard scores, Apple may process your Game Center profile, score, ranking, and related platform data under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
TapMe.plus does not receive your Apple ID password and does not manage your Apple account.
Website and web game
The official website and web game may be served through Cloudflare Pages and GitHub-hosted release assets. These infrastructure providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested URL, and security logs as part of hosting, caching, abuse prevention, and delivery.
We do not use this information to build user profiles or run advertising.
Cookies and tracking
TapMe.plus does not intentionally set advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. If future website features require cookies or similar storage, we will update this policy before those features are released.
Children's privacy
TapMe.plus is a general audience puzzle game and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the issue.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may rely on platform and infrastructure providers only to operate the game, website, hosting, security, and optional leaderboard features.
Data retention
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app, clear browser data, reset game progress, or remove the relevant platform data. Server-side infrastructure logs, if any, are retained by service providers according to their operational and security practices.
Your choices
- You can play without a TapMe.plus account.
- You can disable sound and effects in the game settings.
- You can avoid Game Center features by not signing in to Game Center or not submitting leaderboard scores.
- You can delete local app data by removing the app from your device.
- You can clear browser storage for the web version through your browser settings.
International users
TapMe.plus may be accessed from different countries and regions. Hosting and platform services may process technical data in locations where their infrastructure operates.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the game evolves. If we add material online features, account features, advertising, analytics, or new categories of data processing, we will update this page before or when those changes are released.
